4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier name.
You can track on the carrier’s website.
If tracking doesn’t update within 5 business days, please contact us.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If it’s truly missing, contact us within 30 days of the “delivered” status so we can investigate and, if eligible, file a claim.
Damaged on Arrival:

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, liability shifts away from us. We recommend filing a report with local authorities and the carrier.

You may request changes or cancellations within 1 business hour of placing your order. After that, the order enters processing and may not be modifiable.
After Shipment:
If you need to cancel after shipment, you can return the order once you receive it (see our Return Policy).
